Aoife Kirwan has extensive experience working with Multiple Sclerosis Ireland since December 2013 in various roles, including Information Officer and Information, Advocacy and Research Officer, and is a member of the award-nominated MS and Me Blog Team, focusing on connecting the MS community with science and medicine. In addition, Aoife Kirwan serves as an Executive Committee Member for the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform since April 2022. Educational achievements include a degree in Healthcare Innovation from Trinity College Dublin in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Visual Art from Waterford Institute of Technology, completed in 2011.

MS Ireland is the only national organisation providing information, support and advocacy services to people with MS, their families, carers, health professionals and others interested in MS. We are a membership based organisation and work in every county in Ireland. Both staff and volunteers work together to address the needs of people affected by MS, a progressive neurological condition. Over 9,000 people and families live with MS in Ireland.
