Elinor Strapp

Elinor Strapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the architecture and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Project Director at Multiplex since November 2020, Elinor co-chairs the UK Women's Network, driving initiatives focused on talent retention and empowerment, including the launch of the podcast "The Good, The Bad and the Built Environment" and various networking events. Previously, Elinor held positions such as Head of Tendering and Pre-Construction Project Manager at CTBUH and Project Manager at Turner & Townsend. Elinor's academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Engineering and Design Management from Loughborough University and further studies in Business and Climate Change at the University of Cambridge.
