Neil Tilbury

Neil Tilbury is currently the Deputy Project Director at Multiplex, working on the 20 Old Bailey project. Prior to this, Neil held various roles in the construction industry, including as a Divisional Commercial Manager at ISG plc and as a Managing Surveyor at both ISG and Balfour Beatty plc. Neil began their career as a Trainee Surveyor at Mansell and advanced to the position of Senior Surveyor at Mansell Construction Services Ltd. They are also pursuing a BTEC Advanced Professional Award in M&E Services Cost Management at London South Bank University, having previously obtained a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University.
