Nisha Jeyathas

Nisha Jeyathas is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction & Estimating at Multiplex since March 2023, following a tenure as Chief Estimator at Collecdev from March 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Nisha held roles at PCL Construction, including Senior Estimator and Engineering Assistant, and completed various projects such as the North Island Hospital Pursuit and McLoughlin Point Waste Water Treatment Plant Pursuit. Nisha's early career includes positions at Markham Stouffville Hospital, Stantec, URBANTECH, and the Town of Richmond Hill, focusing on design analysis, contract administration, and site inspections. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
