Tracy Bauer

Tracy Bauer has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Senior Project Engineer within Brookfield Multiplex since October 2007. Starting as a Project Engineer on the $800 million Brookfield Place project, Tracy was recognized for outstanding efforts and promoted to Design Manager in August 2009, specializing in coordinating consultant teams and managing documentation for cost-effectiveness and constructability. Prior to Brookfield Multiplex, Tracy worked for Hansen Yuncken from January 2002 to October 2007 as a Project Engineer, gaining valuable experience across various projects, including healthcare and multi-storey office developments. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University and a Double Degree in Engineering and Economics from the University of Adelaide.
