Juliana Acuña Córdova has extensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. Juliana started their career at Wikot as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they worked on creative design for digital media, web design, and online advertising campaigns. Juliana then moved on to Aceros Construcción y Montaje SAC, where they served as the Head of Image and was responsible for designing the company's branding, website, and presentations.

After that, Juliana worked at Inquba Agencia Interactiva as a Senior Graphic Designer and later as the General Art Director. In these roles, they supervised design teams, developed creative graphic concepts for online campaigns, and reviewed digital assets.

Juliana then transitioned to Belcorp, where they held the position of Senior Digital Graphic Designer at Cyzone and later at Ésika. Their responsibilities included designing social media assets, retouching studio photos, and updating websites for each campaign.

Juliana then joined Hipermercados Tottus as a Senior UI/UX Designer, where they were responsible for updating the site for promotional campaigns, redesigning the website, and designing category-specific sites.

Juliana's career then led their to Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Analyst in UX/UI Design. In this role, they contributed to various projects and utilized their expertise in user experience and user interface design.

Currently, Juliana is working at Netzun as the Lead of Design UX/UI. Their responsibilities include defining design strategies for assigned projects, mapping out design processes, and negotiating with stakeholders regarding project scope and agreements.

In addition, they also have experience at Multiplica Talent as a UX/UI Designer Senior and Design Project Lead.

Juliana Acuña Córdova has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1995 to 1999, they pursued a specialization in Graphic Advertising Design on Mac or PC at Toulouse Lautrec. Juliana furthered their education at Toulouse Lautrec from 2000 to 2001, completing a Master's degree in Graphic Advertising Design on Mac or PC. In 2018, they attended Area 51 Training Center and obtained a diploma in Digital Product Design. In 2019, they participated in a workshop on New Web Interfaces at Area 51 Training Center. In 2021, they attended the Advanced UX Design & Service Design Program at The Wall – Experiential Learning School. In 2022, they took a course in Lean UX at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología. Finally, in 2023, they completed an international course on Customer Experience - CX Design and Management at Pacífico Business School.
