Mariana Aguirre is a versatile professional with a background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and teaching applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school between August 2016 and August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
