Raul Neira B.

Raul Neira B. is an experienced sales manager currently leading the consulting unit at Multiplica since January 2023 and overseeing the talent unit at Multiplica Talent since February 2021. Previously, Raul held various roles at The Adecco Group from November 2014 to January 2021, including sector manager for Banking & Insurance, IT, and Telecommunications, branch manager, and senior commercial executive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina and multiple diplomas and courses in international marketing, leadership, and performance indicators from prestigious institutions such as Camara de Comercio de Lima and Universidad del Pacífico. Raul is currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing and Commercial Management at EUDE Business School.
