Pallavi Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, enablement, and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder at MultipliersKraft since July 2024, Pallavi leads initiatives focused on bespoke programs, e-learning content, and the development of an AI-powered Capability Enabler platform. Previously, Pallavi held the role of Senior Training Manager at Alstom, where responsibilities included promoting community competency aligned with business demands. In a prior position as DGM of Sales Enablement at Schneider Electric, Pallavi collaborated with partners and internal teams to develop strategic go-to-market plans. Additional experience includes significant roles at ABB, Vodafone, Capgemini, and IBM. Pallavi holds a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and a Diploma of Education in Modern Applied Psychology from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology.
