Justine Lei Cando

Justine Lei Cando has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Justine Lei began their career at EY, where they worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant from June 2014 to July 2016. Justine Lei then advanced to the role of Senior Performance Improvement Consultant from July 2016 to November 2017. Following their time at EY, Justine joined Appen as an Associate Project Manager from November 2017 to November 2019. In 2020, they joined OYO Philippines as a Business Development Manager from February 2020 to June 2020. Justine Lei then moved on to MultiplyMii, where they worked as a Management Consultant from June 2020 to the present. Most recently, Justine joined Escala as a Senior Management Consultant in November 2020 and was subsequently promoted to the role of Engagement Manager in February 2021. Throughout their career, Justine has showcased their expertise in performance improvement, project management, business development, and management consulting.
