Brandon R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brandon started their career in the US Army as a Shop Foreman and worked there for seven years. After leaving the military, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Jim Johnson Nissan/Hyundai. Brandon then transitioned to DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they served as a Bike Tech/Fitness Lead. At Republic Finance, they gained experience as a Senior Assistant Manager, managing a $4 million portfolio and soliciting new customers.
In 2016, Brandon joined Pinnacle Men's Health as a Patient Counselor/Clinic Director, where they negotiated lease terms, managed employees, and directed day-to-day operations. Brandon also worked at SNAP.BUILD® as a Builder Account Executive, prospecting new builders for residential construction.
Brandon's career then took him to City Wide Facility Solutions, where they held two roles. As a Business Development Account Executive, they oversaw exterior maintenance services and wrote proposals for contractual agreements. Brandon was later promoted to Account Manager, managing contracts and janitorial services.
Most recently, before their current position, Brandon worked at Degree Wellness as a Regional Manager. In this role, they oversaw day-to-day operations, sales management and training, marketing, partnership relations, and hiring staff. Brandon implemented pricing structure changes, developed protocols for operations and inventory management, improved customer conversion rates, and managed a team of nurses and sales associates.
Currently, Brandon serves as an Operations Manager at MultiPro Property Solutions.
Brandon R. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Florida in 2020, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in 2015 from Western Kentucky University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Their education began at Franklin Simpson High School, where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies in 2006.
