Heidi Caldarella

Heidi Caldarella has extensive experience in engineering document control and project management across various roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Document Control Specialist at Multisorb Technologies since January 2015, Heidi collaborates with multiple departments to ensure the accurate release of products and updates to technical documentation. Prior to this, experience as a Project Manager at Torrent EMS involved acting as the primary liaison between customers and the company while promoting continuous improvement and cost savings. Earlier roles included Document Control Coordinator at Stryker Medical, where Heidi worked on product documentation in a MasterControl system, and a series of positions at Gaymar Industries, starting as Final Test Calibrator and progressing to Manufacturing Technician, where significant cost savings were achieved through vendor interactions and product fabrication processes.
