Xiang Zhang has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Product Development Specialist at Multisorb Technologies since February 2013. Prior to this role, Xiang held the position of Food Technologist at Premio Foods Inc. from June 2012 to February 2013, where responsibilities included conducting new product development and preparing customer-specific samples. Experience also includes developing and implementing the SQF 2000 system at Wonton Food Inc. from 2009 to October 2012, along with verifying and validating HACCP plans. Earlier academic contributions as a Graduate Assistant at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey from 2007 to 2009 involved research on novel nanoparticle sensors related to food safety. Xiang Zhang holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University.
