Miléna le Mancq

Miléna Le Mancq is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Multitudes since October 2024. Previously, Miléna held various roles at Lightspeed Commerce from July 2021 to October 2024, including Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region, where responsibilities included overseeing approximately 300 hires annually, developing training programs, and enhancing data excellence while supporting DEI initiatives. Prior to that, Miléna was the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Vend by Lightspeed, focusing on improving TA processes and enhancing diversity in hiring. Early career experience includes positions at Kapten, where Miléna led senior role recruiting and TA team development, and at Ubisoft as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Miléna holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, obtained in January 2015.
