Joseph C. is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Multiverse, following the acquisition of Searchlight in March 2024. Joseph has held key positions as Product Lead at both Searchlight and WorkRamp, improving hiring efficiency and enabling training for major organizations. Prior experience includes leading product management at Reflektive, where Joseph received the "Customers for Life" award for outstanding customer-focused product development. Joseph co-founded Waaves, a music collaboration platform, and has provided human capital consulting at Deloitte Consulting and Semler Brossy Consulting Group. Joseph possesses an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, along with study abroad experiences at Yonsei University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
