John Montesanto

John Montesanto has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John served as the Principal / Director of Sales at Multivista, overseeing the territory of Ohio, Western PA, Kentucky, Michigan, and Indiana. In this role, they managed and supervised operations and sales activities for the company. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal / Franchise Director at Body Sculpting by Exterior Design, where they were responsible for franchise development and expanding the company's model on a regional and national level. John also owned and operated Talmont Consulting and Development, providing property owners with options to maximize their property's profitability through loan modifications and cost segregation studies. Additionally, they were the Owner / President of Consolidated Operations inc., where they led the company's operations and strategy from 1995 to 2003.

John Montesanto attended The University of Toledo from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing Management. In 2018, they also obtained a Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) certification from Procore Technologies.
