Dan Rosenfeld

Dan E. Rosenfeld is a Principal of Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C.

Mr. Rosenfeld is responsible for business development and property sales, and leasing. Mr. Rosenfeld manages all of the leasing efforts of a statewide portfolio that totals over nine million square feet. Mr. Rosenfeld is actively involved in the leasing and marketing of neighborhood, community, and power-based shopping centers, in addition to marketing surplus real estate and special assets.

Mr. Rosenfeld is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Political Science. He serves as a Village Trustee and on the Community Development Authority for the Village of Bayside, in addition to being a member of the Finance and Administration Committee. Mr. Rosenfeld is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and several local charities and associations. He also participates in ChainLinks Retail Advisor events and is a member of the organization’s Leasing Council.
