Jeston Black

Jeston Black possesses extensive experience in public affairs and government relations, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and previously as the Director of Government Relations for Multnomah County since October 2017. Prior roles include Director of Government Relations at the Oregon Health Authority and Sr. Labor Liaison at Kaiser Permanente. Jeston Black also held the position of Public Affairs Consultant with the Oregon Education Association and has campaign management experience with Hooley for Congress and Wu for Congress. Additionally, Jeston Black served as Director at Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon and Field Director at a strategic consulting group. A Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government was obtained from the University of Oregon, completed in August 1999.
