Zach Kearl

Zach Kearl is currently a Management Analyst for the Joint Office of Homeless Services at Multnomah County, where responsibilities include serving as a board liaison and supervising community engagement staff to enhance public understanding of homelessness issues. Kearl is also a member of the Government Transition Advisory Committee for the City of Portland, assisting in the implementation of ranked-choice voting and advising on community engagement strategies. Previous roles include consulting on climate resilience for CAPA STRATEGIES, serving as a Research Scientist at the Climate Impacts Group, and working as a policy advisor on homelessness for Mayor Ted Wheeler's office. Kearl holds a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from Lewis & Clark College.
