Eden Nelson

Eden Nelson has over 15 years of experience in IT management and support, currently serving as a System Administrator at Multnomah Education Service District since May 2008. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager and System Center Configuration Manager, focusing on software and operating system deployment, patch management, application packaging, and workstation management. Previously, Eden held positions as an Application Developer, Network Services Manager, and Systems Analyst, gaining expertise in various deployment solutions and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash. Eden holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science and Networking from Heald College.
