Golden Chibesa has extensive experience in metal fabrication and welding, currently serving as an Artisan Metal Fabricator at Mulungushi University since March 2009. Prior to this role, Golden worked as an Artisan Boilermaker/Welder at several companies including ZCCM, KCM, Mopani, Sandvic, Ndola Lime, and Chambishi Metals from November 1997 to August 2008. Golden's educational background includes a Craft Certificate from Nortec and a Diploma in Technical Education obtained between 1994 and 1996, with further studies currently ongoing in the third year of a Bachelor's program in Technical Education at TVTC, focusing on Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Vocational Entrepreneurship Training.

Mulungushi University (MU), one of Zambia’s three public University. It comprises two (3) campuses; the Great North Road Campus located 26 kilometers North of Kabwe, on the banks of Mulungushi River, the Kabwe Town Campus located along Mubanga Road, off Munkoyo Street in the heart of Kabwe town, and the Livingstone Medical School located at Livingstone General Hospital in the heart of Livingstone City.
