Adam Pickens

Adam Pickens is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations at MUM Industries Inc. since May 2017, Adam previously held various managerial roles at Eaton from March 2014 to May 2017, including Operations Manager in the Aerospace Division and MRO Manager. Adam's career also includes positions such as Business Team Leader and Project Leader for Strategic Capacity within the Eaton organization. Early career experience as a Production Supervisor at American Axle from 2000 to 2008 laid the foundation for a robust skill set in operations management. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce (2012) and two degrees from Kettering University: a Master's in Manufacturing Operations Management (2006) and a Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering (2004).
