Hillevi Sandell

Hillevi Sandell is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at MUM since August 2021, specializing in agile methodologies, change management, and certification as a SAFe trainer. Prior to MUM, Hillevi served at CGI from February 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading various SAFe training programs and acting as a Scrum Master for an offshore team. Between September 2016 and February 2020, Hillevi worked at Nordea, driving Agile Transformation and contributing to a Lean Agile Centre of Excellence. Hillevi’s background also includes experience in traditional project management from a Business Developer role and positions as a Bodypump instructor and president of Kvinnokören Embla. Hillevi holds a Civilekonom degree in Nationalekonomi from Luleå University of Technology.
