David Jaeger

David Jaeger has over 35 years of experience in the metal casting industry. David is currently the President & CEO of Mumford Metal Casting since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director, CastLight at Shiloh Industries from 2015 to 2019. David also held the position of VP Business Development at Shiloh Industries from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they worked at Contech Castings LLC, where they served as President & COO from 2008 to 2013. David also held the roles of Vice President Operations from 2005 to 2008 and Director of Operations from 2001 to 2005 at Contech Castings LLC. David started their career at Indiana Metal Works, where they worked in various roles including Executive Vice President | Owner, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Engineering Manager from 1984 to 1997. David also worked as the Director Technical Services at Global Metal Technologies, Inc from 1997 to 2001.

David Jaeger has a background in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. David also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Fluid Power Technology from Gateway Technical College. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications in Lean Leadership and Lean Manufacturing Principles from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from SPX. David has also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennedy Western University.
