Saar Oz

Saar Oz currently serves as the HR & Operations Manager at Munch since July 2025. Prior to this role, Saar held multiple positions at VOOM Insurance from December 2021 to June 2025, including People Operations & Talent Acquisition and Office Manager, responsible for managing office operations and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees. Saar's earlier experience includes serving as Head Office and Personal Assistant in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2015 to August 2017. Saar is currently pursuing an education at Kibbutzim College, expected to complete in November 2027, and holds a B.A. in Psychology and Human Resources from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, completed in 2022.
