Roxane West is a seasoned Senior Recruiter currently with Munchkin since January 2024. Previously, Roxane served as a Senior Recruiter at Uber from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on university and new college graduate talent, overseeing high-priority projects, and enhancing processes such as applicant tracking systems and candidate experience. Roxane’s career also includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Edelman and as a Creative Recruiting Manager at The Creative Group, specializing in creative and data roles. Additional experience includes recruitment positions at Adecco, marketing coordination at CBS Radio, account executive roles at Yelp and WXRT, and creative work with The Second City.
