Jessica Paul possesses extensive experience in the field of behavioral consultation and autism support. Currently serving as the Director of Communications for Camp Achieve at Ball State University since March 2018, Jessica Paul has played a vital role in establishing a nurturing environment for children with autism. Previous roles include Associate Director and Behavior Consultant at Camp Achieve. In addition, Jessica Paul has worked as a Behavior and Autism Consultant for Muncie Community Schools since April 2018 and was a Behavioral and Autism Specialist at Daleville Community Schools from February 2011 to May 2018. Jessica Paul holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University.

Muncie Community Schools (MCS) has delivered education and shaped the Muncie community since 1855. With 350 teachers at nine schools – six elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school – MCS annually educates approximately 5,000 students and manages other educational facilities benefitting children and adults throughout East Central Indiana.
