Phil Boltz

Director, Accountability, Reporting, & Data at Muncie Community Schools

Philip Boltz, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Accountability, Reporting, and Data at Muncie Community Schools, where responsibilities include leading growth initiatives and overseeing state reporting and data application. With extensive experience at Ball State University since 2011, Philip has fulfilled several roles including Teaching Faculty, Director of Academic Engagement & Global Initiatives, and Associate Director of Program Development at the Intensive English Institute, focusing on instructional development and international partnerships. Additional experience includes ownership of Sojourner Studios, adjunct teaching positions at Franklin University and Columbus State Community College, and roles in sales and information technology management. Philip holds a Ph.D. in Educational Studies with a focus on Educational Technology from Ball State University, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in TESOL and Communication Studies, respectively.
