Holly Kappes

Holly Kappes has extensive experience in information technology and accounting, currently serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Muncie Power Products, Inc. since 2010. In this role, Holly assists with managing the IT helpdesk and meets infrastructure needs for internal customers while also handling new computer setups and employee onboarding. Previously, as a Lead Administrative/Inventory Clerk, responsibilities included processing significant daily invoicing amounts and generating export documents. Holly's prior experience encompasses roles at First Merchants Corporation, Industrial Federal Credit Union, and Ball State Federal Credit Union, with a focus on loan accounting, account reconciliation, and member services. Holly holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology and several technical certifications from Ivy Tech Community College, further supported by foundational education in accounting and business management from Ball State University and Muncie Central High School.
