Tina Hawkins Chartered MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources spanning from 1995 to the present, with a strong focus on talent development and organizational culture in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent, Culture and Development at Mundipharma since July 2015, Tina has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Organizational Development and Head of Human Resources. Prior HR roles include positions at BARD Pharmaceuticals Limited, Mundipharma International, Syngenta, VoiceAbility, and Marriott.
