Marco Stocchi Grava

Marco Stocchi Grava serves as the Head of Legal Affairs - M&A at Mundys since May 2017, overseeing legal aspects related to mergers and acquisitions for various investment departments. In addition, Marco holds positions as a Member of the Supervisory Board for Stalexport Autostrady SA and Stalexport Autostrada Maľopolska S.A., and has served on several management boards, including AB Nascentes das Gerais and Rodovias das Colinas S.A. Previously, Marco contributed to Autostrade per l'Italia as Vice President of Contract Management & Legal Compliance and worked at Telecom Italia in various legal roles, focusing on international agreements and corporate governance. Marco obtained a law degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
