Adam B. Weiss

Adam B. Weiss currently serves as a Partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP since March 2014, having previously held the position of Associate at the same firm. Weiss is an active Board Member at the Constitutional Rights Foundation since March 2020 and has leadership roles within the American Bar Association as Working Group Leader for the Judicial Intern Opportunity Program - Los Angeles and Co-Chair of the Federal Practice Task Force since June 2019. In addition, Weiss is a member of the Leadership Council at Public Counsel and held advisory positions at Facing History and Ourselves and the Western Center On Law & Poverty. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Debra Ann Livingston at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Weiss holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
