David Okada

David Okada has extensive work experience in the finance and legal field. David currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, which they started in June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at McKool Smith Hennigan P.C. for 25 years, holding the role of Sr. Manager Litigation & Financial Consulting and Controller. David also worked at DVI Financial Services Inc as a Controller in 1994 and at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager from 1988 to 1994.

David Okada completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business in 1988. David obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in May 1991.
