Leigh Bowser

Leigh Bowser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Financial Support Analyst at Muni-Link since February 2017, Leigh leads the conversion of new customers to the Muni-Link billing software and addresses escalated support and development needs. Concurrently, Leigh has been a Muni-Link Customer Support Coordinator at Link Computer Corporation since June 2014, focusing on staff development and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Sales Coordinator for Government and National Accounts and Sales and Customer Service at Lumax Lighting, as well as Vice President of Operations at Blair America Inc, where responsibilities included operations management and contract negotiations. Leigh holds a diploma from Hollidaysburg High School and has furthered education at Juniata College.
