Romina Buonaccorso is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager currently at Munich Electrification, following an impactful tenure at Isar Aerospace as a Senior Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Specialist, where over 150 hires were successfully completed within 18 months. With earlier experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Romina managed the full recruitment lifecycle and led employer branding initiatives. At Boston Consulting Group, contributions included candidate selection, HR digital projects, and training development. Romina began their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Work Around the World, focusing on candidate outreach and international business development. Romina holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Luiss Guido Carli University and a Bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Studies from Università degli Studi di Genova.
