Carolina Soto is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in transformation programs that impact people, technology, processes, and culture. Currently serving as the Global Head of IT Investment & Asset Management at Munich Re since November 2021, Carolina previously held roles such as Global Head of IT Delivery at Allianz Global Investors and CIO at Santander Consumer Bank AG. Carolina has a rich background in change management and IT strategy, having led significant initiatives across various organizations, including the establishment of an internal consulting division within Santander.
