Casey Galloway

Casey Galloway is a Technical Architect at Munich Re, where they serve as a subject matter expert for vulnerability management within global infrastructure teams. They transitioned in 2018 from a highly technical role to a senior Service Delivery Manager position, coordinating efforts across various service disciplines while managing customer and vendor relationships in the Americas region. Prior to their current role, Casey amassed considerable experience as a Systems Administrator I at Hartford Steam Boiler, supporting numerous subsidiary companies and data centers. They hold an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Owens Community College and have instructional experience as a certified Group Cycling Instructor.
