Christof Reinert

Christof Reinert has built a comprehensive career in risk management and underwriting at Munich Re (Group) since October 1995, serving in various capacities including Head of Risk Management Partners and Senior Innovation Manager, with a focus on Spain, Portugal, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior roles include Head of Section for Property Treaty in Latin America & Caribbean, where reinforcing underwriter expertise was key, and earlier positions involving construction risk management across multiple regions. Prior to Munich Re, Christof Reinert was a Bauingenieur at Kurt-Josef Reinert GmbH and held structural engineering roles at Linde Engineering and B.T.E. GmbH. Christof Reinert holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Bauingenieur from the Université franco-allemande Deutsch-Französische Hochschule UFA DFH.
