Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim, ASA, currently serves as Manager and Actuary in FinRe Pricing at Munich Re since April 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Actuarial Associate in the same department. Prior to Munich Re, Daniel worked at Allianz Life from July 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing products with a focus on Fixed Indexed Annuities as a Principal Actuarial Analyst. Daniel's career began with a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, analyzing SEC 10-K data and M&A activity. Daniel has also gained experience in various roles, including an Actuarial Student position at Aetna and as an Au Pair. Academically, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Mathematics, and Actuarial Science from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
