Emilie Hess

Emilie Hess is a seasoned project manager currently overseeing business process optimization and digitalization at Munich Re since July 2022. Prior to this role, Emilie spent a decade at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), holding positions such as Capability Lead - Senior Process Architect, Senior Process Architect, and Program Manager in the Global Program Management Office, along with serving as a Personal Assistant to the COO. Emilie's earlier experience includes a role as Personal Assistant to the COO at Swiss Life and assistant positions at heinlewischer and Ligne Roset. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Politics: Migration and Diaspora Studies from Queen Mary University of London, as well as two Master's degrees and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Université Paris-Sorbonne, complemented by a Baccalauréat Scientifique from Maisons d'éducation de la Légion d'honneur.
