Lauren Tyrer

Lauren Tyrer is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a strong background in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the DEI TA Partner for Europe & Latin America at Munich Re since November 2020, Lauren focuses on attracting workforce diversity through inclusive recruitment initiatives.
