Vishal Purohit

Vishal Purohit is a seasoned professional in the insurance and underwriting sectors with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Property Underwriter and Facultative Underwriter at Munich Re since February 2017, Vishal has previously held positions at TATA-AIG General Insurance Co. as an Energy & Property Underwriter from August 2011 to February 2017, and as a Management Trainee at IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. from June 2010 to August 2011. Early career experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at J K White Cement Works in 2007-2008. Vishal holds an MBA in Insurance from National Law University, Jodhpur, a Fellowship in Reinsurance and Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of India, and an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
