Xenia Schlechter

Xenia Schlechter is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in office management and procurement. Currently serving as the Executive Management Team Assistant in Central Procurement at Munich Re since February 2024, Xenia previously held leadership roles in office management at IDnow from April 2018 to January 2024, including teamlead and office-manager positions. Prior experience includes accounting and customer service at fresh academy GmbH (December 2014 - March 2018) and administrative duties at Bayer's Landesamt für Gesundheit und Lebensmittelsicherheit from February 2004 to December 2014. Xenia holds a Practitioner of Modern Leadership certification from TAM Akademie GmbH (2020) as well as Wirtschaftsfachwirt and Industriekauffrau degrees from IHK Mittelfranken, completed from 2006 to 2008 and 2000 to 2003, respectively.
