Virginia Butler

Virginia Butler's experience includes working as a Business Systems Analyst at the Municipal Association of SC since June 2006. Prior to that, Virginia held various project leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, Agilera, and Fleet Mortgage Group. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Radio, Television, and Motion Pictures from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
