Municipal District Services
Caitlyn Williams possesses a Bachelor of Science in Coastal Environmental Science from Louisiana State University, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2018. Experience includes serving as a Regulatory Affairs Analyst at Municipal District Services since July 2021, and as an Environmental Investigator at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from March 2019 to July 2021. Additionally, Caitlyn worked as a Teaching Assistant for Coastal Science and Oceanography at the Duke University Talent Identification Program in June 2018, and participated as an Undergraduate Research Volunteer in the Fisheries Ecology Lab at Louisiana State University from December 2016 to March 2017.

MDS provides full-service management, operations, and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure of utility districts in the Houston area.
