Joe Nolan

Joe Nolan is currently the Director of Technology, Business Analysis, and PMO at MERS of Michigan. Prior to this, Joe worked as the Senior Director of Global Enterprise Architecture and Foundation Services at BCD Travel, and as an IT Manager at West Corporation. With a background in leading international teams and managing global datacenter and network operations, Joe boasts a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Impact Leadership from Cornell University.
