Rita Dahlgren

Rita Dahlgren has been working at MERS of Michigan since January 2011 in various roles such as Process Engineering Analyst and Project Manager. Currently, Rita is serving as the Business Process Owner (BPO) for Resource Management, ensuring the effectiveness of internal resources to deliver products and services to customers. Rita holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University.
