James Harvey

James Harvey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Government Relations at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation since August 2016, James has previously held key positions such as Team Lead for Stakeholder & Community Relations at Metrolinx and Program Manager at Environment and Climate Change Canada. A seasoned expert in stakeholder relations, James has worked in various capacities including Economic Development Manager for the City of Dryden and Senior Advisor roles in multiple ministries, including the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and the Ministry of Natural Resources & Forestry. James began a career in public affairs with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has a strong educational background, currently pursuing a Senior Leadership Certificate at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
