Jennifer Lajoie, MPA, is a strategic leader with extensive experience in municipal governance and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning at Municipal Property Assessment Corporation since November 2015, Jennifer provides strategic advice for multi-year business planning and operational improvements. Prior roles include Strategic Portfolio Manager, focusing on corporate governance and organizational needs, and Account Manager for Municipal and Stakeholder Relations, where Jennifer established relationships with key stakeholders. Jennifer's previous experience includes Program Coordinator for International Internships at Western University and Municipal Policy Specialist for the City of London. Jennifer holds a Master's of Public Administration in Local Government and a Graduate Certificate in International Project Management from Humber College, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Western University.
