Julia Lipman Baker

Julia Lipman Baker is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in executive and employee communications. Currently serving as Communications Manager at MPAC since June 2019, Julia previously held the position of Manager, Communications & Stakeholder Relations at the College of Early Childhood Educators from November 2009 to June 2019. Prior roles include Communications and Marketing Manager at the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario, Associate Editor at Trot Magazine, and Website Editor at Standardbred Canada. Julia possesses a Master of Arts in Journalism from Western University and dual Bachelor's degrees in English from the University of Western Ontario and Journalism from Carleton University.
